- Tours fill up on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Maximum Participant : 40 persons per course We will stop accepting applications once participants reach to maximum number.
- Minimum Participants Required: 25 persons per course In case the number of applicants does not reach the minimum participants required, the excursion may not be operated.
In this case, notification will be sent to you by e-mail before October 31 and your paid fare will be refunded.

Refund Policy
Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting credit card service charges and the
cancellation penalties. The refund will be made to the same credit card.
